I have wanted a welding table for a long time. I watched videos about how to make one and investigated all the options for drilling holes, getting the top flat etc. In the end though, the amount of time and money involved did not make sense for an uncertain result.
I found KO Welding and looked at their system in their Ballarat showroom. Awesome. They cost a bit but are very competitive in the market for a premium table. I made my own legs but the KO version is good. What a great thing to be able to make things square and flat instead of being on the concrete floor!

I had been planning on using my TIG welder to build a stainless exhaust for my E30 BMW. I’d been trying all sorts of torch/cup combinations to try to achieve a decent weld that wasn’t grey/oxidised. It almost seemed impossible, despite watching all the online videos and heaps of trials.

I purchased a size 9 Fleckz torch and the MEGA ceramic cup kit from KO Welding and they are a freaking fantastic combination. From the moment I put down some shiny tacks, I knew this was a step change.

This kit did the trick and put an end to weeks of frustration. Rainbow coloured welds have become the thing now.

I can’t rate Alex high enough for the above and beyond service he provided when I purchased my K16 table and basic clamp kit. The only downside to the table is I’m kicking myself I didn’t purchase one sooner. Even the simplest fab and welding jobs are made tenfold easier with the infinite clamp and bracket arrangements that can be set up on the bench.
I strongly urge anybody looking to buy a weld table to give Alex a call and get yourself one, best business decision.

I've wanted a proper fixture table for years and did heaps of research before pulling the trigger, including importing my own from China. The KO Welding table is awesome, and was delivered exactly as specified. It did take a while to arrive, but they have to make them to order and that was explained clearly throughout the process. I was also sent a progress video which was nice. The fixtures are good quality and feel heavy duty and I thought I went overboard but have since found out you can never have too many clamps.. overall a great experience and very happy customer

Great place and at the best prices to go to for all your tig consumables needs I was teaching myself how to tig weld stainless and aluminium and had a few pointers along the way and being a qualified heavy fab boily I wanted to teach myself tig welding as it intrigued me and it opened alot more opportunities for me as well. When I heard about this place from another mate I decided to give it a try and it was the best decision I've done not only they have the best prices but the quality of their products are up their too! Further more the owner Alex was more than happy to spend some time out of his busy schedule explaining what was better for my needs, his also qualified boily too so he knows what his talking about and not like other sells man that just want to sell stuff. I recommend other mates and apprentices of this place as it has a great vibe and great quality consumables even if you want a tig finger or upgrade your 4 meter tig torch to a 8 meter his got you covered, literally I spend alot of money their and haven't regretted a single cent!!

Gone are the days of welding up jigs for production orders, only then to cut them up and scrap the material when finished. This table allows us an infinite number of jigging possibilities that are cleaner, faster and loads more accurate.
