Description
KO SeaShell ™ Stops are beautifully machined mm indexing stops designed to make framing and fit-up faster and more precise on a K28 table.
The trick is simple: each SeaShell has a 28mm center hole, and the measurement from the center of that hole to each flat face is a known offset. Lock it down with your pins, rotate to the indexed face you need, and you’ve got a repeatable guide stop that just works.
- Place in your desired position.
- Use pins / ball locking pins to secure SeaShell Stop to the table.
- Rotate to the indexed face you want. You’ve now created a fixed guide stop that wont budge!
Set and forget for a multitude of jobs.
Why they exist
We couldn’t find a simple stop system readily available in Australia that let you frame-up precisely using indexed mm offsets without constantly re-measuring. We went through 10 different versions over more than a year to land on a 3-piece SeaShell system that keeps 10 indexed faces per piece while covering the practical range.

Load / durability (in-house testing)
With pins fully locked, the setup was tested under a hydraulic press to over 1 tonne of horizontal force without failure in the stop/pin interface.
